We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we require a signature for all orders over $500 USD. If you choose to waive this, note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, all items in your order will ship out together on the latest date. 

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately 2 to 3 business days of its ship date with our free shipping. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PT through the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

USA order shipping times are about 2-3 business days.

Standard USPS Shipping: Free on orders 200+ (2-3 Business Days - Allow up to 3-5 additional business days for order processing.)

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Orders usually arrive in 3-6 business days.
Customers are responsible for applicable import and duties charges. Please visit your local government website for more information on your national duties, taxes and import fees.

All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for return for store credit or exchange.
