Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, you may return or exchange it within 3-5 business days after the item is received. The item must be unworn and shipped with tracking information. 

Your refund will be processed once the item is received.  Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Email us at for instructions on how to make exchanges and returns. 

Custom orders are final sale since they are handmade to order. 


Repair Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling fees will be covered for customers based in the USA only. Please make sure to package the items securely in their original packaging or a box of the same size. For any additional information on how to ship your piece back to us please reach out to us at Please note that the carrier may charge you additional shipping charges if you send your product back in a different-sized box.
